你可以随时在应用内自行删除账号，无需联系客服。删除账号是永久且不可撤销的：一旦完成，你将立即在所有设备上退出登录，无法再用这个账号登录或找回。
手机端（Android / iOS）：打开东风快信 → 底部「我」 → 「账号与安全」 → 「注销账号」 → 输入当前密码确认。
电脑端（Windows / macOS / Linux）：打开东风快信 → 左下角「设置」 → 「账号安全」 → 页面底部「危险区域」 → 「永久注销账号」 → 输入当前密码确认。
如果你已无法登录（忘记密码且无法找回、设备丢失等），请用你注册时的邮箱或手机号向 info@dfchat.chat 发送邮件，标题写「删除账号」，正文写明：
我们会在 7 个工作日内核实并处理，处理完成后回复邮件告知。为防止他人冒用，我们可能要求你补充验证信息。

You can delete your account yourself, in the app, at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone: you are signed out on every device immediately and the account can no longer be used or recovered.
Mobile (Android / iOS): open DFCHAT → Me tab → Account & Security → Delete account → confirm with your current password.
Desktop (Windows / macOS / Linux): open DFCHAT → Settings (bottom left) → Account security → Danger zone at the bottom → Delete account permanently → confirm with your current password.
If you cannot sign in (lost password that can't be reset, lost device, etc.), email info@dfchat.chat with the subject "Delete account" and include:
We verify and process requests within 7 business days and reply by email when done. To prevent impersonation we may ask for additional verification.
